Ingredients: (*) Bread – Cheeses of your choice - Mieleaceto ®
Take good quality bread, cut into slices of approximately 1 cm, toast it lightly on hot plate or in a non-stick pan, being careful not to dry it too much.
In a bowl, whisk the soft cheese (robiola, quark or ricotta cheese) with a dash of white pepper until it becomes a cream. Divide the slices of bread into pieces and spread them with the cream of cheese. Place on a serving dish and garnish each tidbit with a few drops of Mieleaceto shortly before serving.
