Our Heritage

The beautiful Province of Modena in Emilia-Romagna, Italy has been home to our family, the Ferraris, for over 500 years.

The Ferrari family residence is situated in a quaint village within the stunning Apennine Mountains and has been in the family for five generations.

Our family's enduring connection to the land of Emilia-Romagna, the vineyards of Modena, and Italian culinary traditions are testaments to our heritage and legacy in the province of Modena.

The Aceto Di Ferrari vineyards yield exceptional Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes, which are used exclusively for the production of genuine Balsamic vinegar. The valleys and hills in Emilia-Romagna are home to a multitude of florals, perfectly providing for the production of our 100% Italian honey.  In addition, our family's homeland holds a pasture where 100 dairy cattle graze, providing milk exclusively for the local production of world-renowned Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (which we love pairing with our balsamic and our honey).
